Need Korea LLC (“Need” or “We”) collects and uses your personal information as follows.

• Particulars of information to be collected:
  Personal Health Information: Medical records, health conditions, disease-related information, examination results, information regarding medical professional, and treatment plans (this includes information directly entered into platform (Need Platform or KakaoTalk) chat windows and information contained in documents or image/video files you uploaded in order to use the Services, as well as voice information recorded during phone calls and text converted therefrom, and information collected from third parties such as health insurance providers and medical professionals through API integration or similar means).
• The purpose of collection and use of information:
  To support cancer screening and provide clinical guidelines, assist with the collection of medical information and coordination with attending physicians, support treatment and follow-up care services, facilitate medical examination scheduling and result management, provide AI-based analytics and insights, and help improve and advance AI-based Services, etc., and algorithm training, record and manage Service history using AI for process automation, analyze data, and improve internal data infrastructure

• The period of retaining and using information:
  Until termination of service use; provided, however, that certain information may be retained for a longer period as required under applicable laws and regulations.

You may refuse to consent to the mandatory collection and use of sensitive information, but if you refuse, please note that your use of the Need services may be restricted.
