• Personal Health Information (including information collected from third parties such as your health insurance provider, medical professionals, etc.). We may collect information in relation to medical records, health conditions, disease-related information, examination results, information regarding medical professional, and treatment plans

• The purpose of collection and use of information:

• To support cancer screening and provide clinical guidelines, assist with the collection of medical information and coordination with attending physicians, support treatment and follow-up care services, and facilitate medical examination scheduling and result management.

• The period of retaining and using information:

• Until termination of service use; provided, however, that certain information may be retained for a longer period as required under applicable laws and regulations.

You may refuse to consent to the mandatory collection and use of sensitive information, but if you refuse, please note that your use of the Need services may be restricted.
