AIMMED Co., Ltd. and its affiliated hospitals

Member information (name, address, telephone number, date of birth).

To ensure the smooth provision of Check-Up Coordination Service

Until termination of services such as the Check-Up Coordination Service

Hanwha Life Insurance offering “Need Integrated Insurance” subscribed to by the user

Policy number

For the administration of the Need Integrated Insurance policy

Until the purpose of disclosure is achieved or for such period as may be required to comply with the recipient’s legal obligations
